Personal Experience
Rodolfo De La Guardia attended the University of Miami from 1982 through 1986 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing, MI. and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Also, Mr. De La Guardia has held the rank of Ambassador on Special Mission for the Republic of Panama and the rank of Honorary Consul for the Republic of Panama’s Miami, FL Consulate.
Mr. De La Guardia concentrates his practice in consumer bankruptcy law and has been practicing in this area for 27 years. Mr. De La Guardia has experience in personal injury, real estate and immigration. Presently, Mr. De La Guardia concentrates his practice in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 Consumer bankruptcy.
